Thank you – great day. Lived up to my expectations and I certainly learnt new things and got new ideas. It reminded me of why Learning & Development is so fab!
At a meeting of the Yorkshire TJ (Training Journal) online group (run by Shirley Gaston). We spent some time playing the Learning Loop and this was the first time I have run the game with such an experienced bunch of trainers.
Larry Reynolds was there…. (yes THE Larry Reynolds who wrote “The Trainers Toolkit” with Kimberley Hare) and this is what he said:
The most beneficial part of the AL course for me was being able to deliver a short training session to my colleagues’ implementing some of the ideas that had been generated over the 2 day course. I received on the spot feedback from Krystyna and from my colleagues’, this was a great finish to the 2 days.
Thanks for the material and also the feedback notes with the audio, that is amazing. Not only was the workshop inspiring, but the work you have done before and after the course really demonstrates best practice and shows how to engage learners.
I invited Krystyna to present an Assertiveness workshop at the BSN school in Assen. This was attended by a group of 12 staff members made up of teachers, Teaching Assistants and the School Administrator.
Krystyna was sensitive to the specific needs of a group of colleagues, including sensitivity to existing dynamics. My colleagues were very positive about the course and it has had a lasting impact on some.
I would recommend Krystyna as a course leader for In-service training without reservation.
