KRYSTYNA RAN A 2 DAY LEARNING LOOP EVENT FOR OLDHAM COUNCIL AND THE KEY OUTCOMES HAVE BEEN:
Improved needs analysis, providing more targeted and specific training for their stakeholders. This has been borne out as a result of improved feedback from the learners.
Impacting a wide range of different training courses, they have a wider variety of resources and activities at their disposal, resulting again in improved feedback from the learners
The ability of the trainers to be more agile in their design and to flex with the group requirements during workshops, according to feedback and needs. This has allowed them to achieve the objectives they set out to achieve.
The introduction of more practical activities and disappearance of “Death by PowerPoint, resulting in excellent feedback from the learners.
The ability to begin to put in place measures of the true impact of learning within the organisation, something that they previously had not done. The measures they have put in place over the last 6 months to be measured in another 6 months are:
A decrease in the unit cost
An increase in delegate numbers
An increase in demand for your learning interventions
The training team is thinking so differently now, one of their proudest achievements has been to redesign a customer service training session using a game concept to run the session. Opposite are a couple of screen grabs from tweets during the session.

Was The Learning Loop® what I expected? No, it was so much more. You completely surpassed my expectations. I was very impressed with the amount that you got into two days and in a way that left you energised and motivated to find out and do more
