GARETH GADD

GARETH GADD

Director

About Gareth

Gareth is a chartered engineer and has over 25 years experience in marketing and consulting. He enjoys learning about new clients and seeking ways to make business relationships work. His expertise is in creating business strategies and business models and then understanding how business processes can deliver to the plan. Key passions are seeking out where businesses create value and how they can use those values in satisfying their chosen market.

WHAT MATTERS TO US?

We like to build long-term relationships with our clients and find out what they really need, rather than trying to make our services fit. There is no “one size fits all”. Our services are bespoke, because all organisations are not the same, we will do our best to find out what you need.

We love to be creative and help trainers to get excited about the whole of the learning cycle. Most trainers will enjoy the design and delivery phases, but it is those trainers that also pay attention to needs analysis and evaluation that will make the biggest impact on the organisation.
